Purpose of Position:

to the campaign in the defined area

- Establish goals for the number of churches involved in the campaign

Operations Manager
Purpose of Position:
- Oversee all aspects of the
P2C campaign in the region
Reports To:

- Fund Development Coordinator
- Church Mobilization Coordinator
- Materials Coordinator
- Special Events Coordinator

- Track Finances / Billing
- Meet regularly with operations
team
- Responsible for campaign
roll-out schedule

Church Mobilization Coordinator
Purpose of Position:
- Motivate as many churches
as possible to become involved in the campaign and to challenge as many
volunteers from each church as possible to participate.
Reports To:
Works Closely With:
- Operations Manager
- Prayer Mobilization Coordinator
Continuing Responsibilities:
- Recruit key pastors/lay
people to take various zones within your region
- Motivate and equip zone
pastors/lay people to motivate other pastors to be involved
- Assist pastors/lay people
in strategy development for their area (Hold motivational meetings)
- Assist pastors/lay people
to recruit key lay co-ordinator from each church

Special Events Coordinator
Purpose of Position:
- To determine community interest
in holding special events and organizing those events in conjunction
with the overall roll-out schedule for the campaign
Reports To:
Works Closely With:
- Operations Manager
- Church Mobilization Coordinator
- Prayer Mobilization Coordinator
Continuing Responsibilities:
- Determine interest for special
events from churches
- Recruit separate co-ordinators
for each event
- Schedule special events
- Book facilities for events
- Organize participation
plan for each event
Purpose:
- Christians joining together within a community to bring non-Christians
to hear the Gospel
Costs:
- Carried by the community outside of the main budget and vary with
event

Fund Development Coordinator
Purpose of Position:
- Develop a team to raise
the financial goals established for your region.
Reports To:
Works Closely With:
- Operations Manager
- Church Mobilization Coordinator
- Prayer Mobilization Coordinator
- Special Events Coordinator
Continuing Responsibility:
- Develop fund raising plan
in conjunction with P2C Consultant
- Set goals for fund development
according to the campaign roll-out schedule
- Organize fund raising /motivational
meetings for your area
- Establish plan for church
based giving.
- Commit to one on one follow
up with committed contacts.
- Attend regional committee
meetings and report progress

Prayer
Mobilization Coordinator
Purpose of Position:
- Motivate as many people
as possible to become involved in praying for the campaign
Reports To:
Works Closely With:
- Operations Manager
- Church Mobilization Coordinator
- Special Events Coordinator
Continuing Responsibilities:
- Establish prayer goals for
your region
- Recruit prayer co-ordinators
from as many churches as possible
- Organize and promote a prayer
rally for your region
- Distribute regional prayer
requests for P2C to the church co-ordinators
- Forward prayer requests
from your area to the P2C head office
- Develop a prayer chain for
your region

Materials Coordinator
Purpose of Position:
- To make sure that an adequate
supply of materials is available throughout the preparation, training,
campaign and the follow-up phases.
Reports To:
Works Closely With:
- Operations Manager
- Church Mobilization Chair
- Special Events Coordinator
Continuing Responsibilities:
- Set up a materials storage
depot for your area
- Understand clearly which
materials are available for each phase
- Order materials on an as needed basis 3 weeks in advance. Inventory
and control materials.
- Distribute materials and,
where necessary, collect funds as per instructions

Media Coordinator
Purpose of Position:
- To assist churches in buying
extra value P2C ads within your region
Reports To:
Works Closely With:
- Operations Manager
- Church Mobilization Chair
- Special Events Coordinator
Continuing Responsibilities:
- Coordinate additional media
buy for your region based on the P2C product templates available (newspaper,
radio, billboards, door hangers, lawn signs, extra TV and transit shelters).
Integrity of the campaign must be maintained.

interest with churches for the available product.
- Develop media plan for
your region based on request and communicate extra costs to churches.
