CAMPAIGN CO-CHAIRS
(Key Pastor and Business leader)
Purpose of Position:
- To give overall direction to the campaign in the defined area

Continuing Responsibilities:
- Recruit key people to be involved in the PtoC leadership team
- Give leadership to Power to Change team in the Region
- Meet on regular basis with leadership team and chair meetings
- Establish goals for the number of churches involved in the campaign
- Establish financial goals for the region
- Assist in resource procurement for the campaign (office space
etc.)
- Oversee roll-out schedule for campaign
- Assist with recruiting for key positions
OPERATIONS MANAGER
(The Administrative genius)
Purpose of Position:
- Oversee all aspects of the Power to Change campaign in the region
Reports To:
- Regional Co-Chairs

Continuing Responsibilities:
- Set up regional operations center
- Meet regularly with operations team
- Have administrative assistant act as a communication officer
- create and update e-mail and voice mail distribution lists for
churches. Volunteers can help phone to verify contact information.

CHURCH MOBILIZATION CHAIR
(Getting the manpower involved)
Purpose of Position:
- Motivate as many churches as possible to become involved in
the campaign and to challenge as many volunteers from each church
as possible to participate.
Reports To:
- Regional Co-chairs

- Regional Operations Manager
- Prayer Mobilization Coordinator, Kick Off Rally and Strategy
Workshop Coordinator and Neighborhood Strategies Coordinator

Continuing Responsibilities:
- Recruit key pastors/lay people to take various zones within
your region
- Motivate and equip zone pastors/lay people to motivate other
pastors to be involved
- Assist pastors/lay people in strategy development for their
area (Hold motivational meetings)
- Assist pastors/lay people to recruit key lay coordinator from
each church
- Plan date and program for kick-off rally and strategy
workshops
SPECIAL COMMUNITY EVENTS CO-ORDINATOR
(Another Administrative Genius)
Purpose of Position:
- To determine community interest in holding special events (e.g.
Kelita, Paul Henderson speaking and Executive Outreach Dinner,
etc.) and organizing those events in conjunction with
the overall roll-out schedule for the campaign

- Regional Co-chairs

Continuing Responsibilities:
- Determine interest for special events from churches
- Recruit separate coordinators for each event
- Schedule special events in cooperation with Provincial Operations

YOUTH COORDINATOR
(Organizing a maximum youth impact to reach your
city)
Purpose of Position:
- To coordinate a youth ministry plan for your region during the
PtoC campaign in order to maximize the outreach impact to the
12-20 age group.
Reports to:
- Special Events Coordinator

Continuing Responsibilities:
- Develop youth outreach plan for your region
- Challenge church Youth Pastors/Coordinators to involve their
youth
- Plan special youth events/youth rally (book facilities, publicity,
etc.)
- Recruit Training Coordinator and Publicity Coordinator for your
team
- Implement youth training plan
FUND DEVELOPMENT CHAIR

Purpose of Position:
- Develop a team to raise the financial goals established for
your region
Reports to:
- Regional Co-Chairs

- Develop fund raising plan in conjunction with Regional Co-Chairs
- Organize fund raising/motivational meetings for your area.
- Establish plan for church-based giving.
- Commit to one-on-one follow up with committed contacts.
- Attend regional committee meetings and report progress.
PRAYER MOBILIZATION CHAIR
(The power behind the "power to change")
Purpose of Position:
- Motivate as many people as possible to become involved in praying
for the campaign.
Reports To:
- Church Mobilization Chair
Works Closely With:
- Special Events Chair, Fund Development Chair
- Provincial Prayer Mobilization Chair

Continuing Responsibilities:
- Establish prayer goals for your region
- Recruit Prayer Coordinators from as many churches as possible
- Organize and promote prayer rally for your region
- Distribute prayer requests for PtoC to the church coordinators
- Forward prayer requests from your area to provincial and/or
regional office
- Develop a prayer chain for your region

TRAINING COORDINATOR
(Answering the question, "How can I get involved?")
Purpose of Position:
- Set up the required training sessions in your region and assist
churches in getting as many of their people to attend as possible.
Reports to:
- Regional Co-Chairs

Continuing Responsibilities:
- Determine how many people each church in your region plans to
train
- Set up the required training sites and schedule for your region
based on an average attendance of 150 people. Provincial Operations
Centre will provide name of the trainer.
- Communicate training site location to Church Mobilization Chair
and Operations Manager
- Make sure the site is equipped for video, sound, materials and
refreshments at the time of training.
- Receive registrations following the training for data base input,
fax to Provincial Operations Centre (204) 943-7644 and complete
and submit report on this site.
MATERIALS COORDINATOR
(Supplying the troups)
Purpose of Position:
- To make sure than an adequate supply of materials is available
throughout the preparation phase, the training phase, the campaign
phase and the follow-up phase.
Reports to:
- Operations Manager

Continuing Responsibities:
- Set up a materials storage depot for your area
- Understand clearly which materials are available for each phase

- Forward funds and unused inventory to Provincial Operations

NEIGHBORHOOD STRATEGY COORDINATOR
(Churches taking goal ownership for the community)

Purpose of Position:
- To coordinate the geographic strategies for local churches
Reports To:
- Regional Operations Manager or Co-Chairs

- Collect geographic center points from each church (i.e. exact
postal codes) and forward to Regional Operations Center (204)

FOLLOW-UP COORDINATOR
(Responding to those who attend Special Events)
Purpose of Position:
- Distribute contact information to the individuals and churches
in the region

- Collect names from Special Events
- Distribute names to individuals and local churches. If people
live out of your area, foward names to Provincial Operations Centre
for distribution.

LOCAL MEDIA BUY COORDINATOR
(Adding value to the regional media buy)
Purpose of Position:
- To assist churches in buying extra value to PtoC ads within
your region
Reports To:
- Regional Operations Manager

Continuing Responsibilities:
- Communicate and solicit interest with churches for the available
product (see Power Products, Logos/Print Ads, TV/Radio Ads, Web
Banners on this website)
- Coordinate additional media buy for your region based on the
PtoC product templates available (newspaper, radio, billboards,
door hangers, lawn signs, extra TV and transit shelters). Integrity
of the campaign must be maintained
- Develop media plan for your region based on request and communicate
extra costs to the churches
KICK OFF RALLY AND STRATEGY WORKSHOP
COORDINATOR
(Motivating the community for involvement)
Purpose of Position:
- To organize and PtoC kick-off rally and strategy workshops for
region
Reports to:
- Church Mobilization Chair

- Regional Operations Manger, Youth Coordinator, Special Events

your church)
Purpose of Position:
- To coordinate all Power to Change activities within your church
Reports To:
- Church Mobilization Chair and local pastor
Works Closely With:
- Regional Operations Manager, Youth Coordinator, Special Events
Coordinator and Local Media Buy Coordinator
Continuing Responsibilities:
- Implement church countdown strategy
- Recruit church prayer coordinator, youth coordinator, training
coordinator, and special events coordinator
- Train all coordinators for involvement according to regional
plan
- Assist in encouraging as many people as possible to take Power
to Change training
- Oversee promotion of the campaign within your church and assist
pastor with motivation and sign up for various strategies within
your church
- Meet regularly with your team and communicate campaign information
and progress to your congregation
- Oversee all church-based strategies.
CHURCH PRAYER COORDINATOR
(Faithful, committed daily prayer is the lifeblood
of the church's ministries.)
Purpose of Position:
- Motivate as many people in your church as possible to become
involved in praying for the Power to Change campaign
Reports To:
- Local Church Coordinator
Works Closely With:
- Provincial Prayer Mobilization contact and Regional Prayer
Mobilization contact person
Continuing Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategy to maximize prayer within your church
- Organize prayer training for your church e.g. Power to Pray
seminar
- Regularly communicate praise and prayer requests related to
Power to change to your church pray-ers.
- Consider and implement a regional prayer rally or day of prayer
in cooperation with other churches
