Purpose of Position:
- To give overall direction to the campaign in the defined areas.

- Recruit key people to be involved in the P2C leadership team
- Give leadership to Power to Change team in the Region
- Meet on regular basis with leadership team and chair meetings
- Establish goals for the number of churches involved in the campaign
- Establish financial goals for the region
- ASsist in resource procurement for the campaign
- Oversee roll-out schedule for campaign
- Assist with recruiting for key positions

Fund Development Chair
Purpose of Position:
- Develop a team to raise the financial budget established for your
region.

Continuing Responsibilities:
- Develop fundraising plan in conjunction with N. Alberta Campaign Coordinator
- Set goals for fund development according to the campaign roll-out
schedule
- Organize fund raising / motivational meetings for your area
- Establish plan for church based giving
- Commit to one on one follow up with committed contacts
- Attend regional committee meetings and report progress

Church Mobilization Chair
Purpose of Position:
- Motivate as many churches as possible to become involved in the campaign
and to challenge as many volunteers from each church as possible to
participate.

- Recruit key pastors/lay people to take various zones within your region
- Motivate and equip zone pastors/lay people to motivate other pastors
to be involved
- Assist pastors/lay people in strategy development for their area (hold
motivational meetings)
- Assist pastors/lay people to recruit key lay coordinator from each
church

Training Coordinator
Purpose of Position:
- Set up the required training sessions in your region and assist churches
in getting as many of their people to attend as possible.

Continuing Responsibilities:
- Determine how many people each church in your region plans to train
- Set up the required training sites and schedule for your region based
on an average of 150 people
- Communicate training site locations to Church Mobilization Chair
- Make sure the site is equipped for video, sound, materials, and refreshments
at the time of training

Special Events Coordinator
Purpose of Position:
- To determine community interest in holding special events and organizing
those events in conjunction with the overall roll-out shedule for the
campaign.

- Determine interest for special events from churches
- Recruit separate coordinators for each event
- Schedule special events
- Book facilities for events
- Organize participation plan for each event
- Special Community Events
- Sharing Christ with the non-Christian community

- Executive Outreach Dinners
Purpose:
- Christians joining together within a community to bring non-Christians
to hear the gospel.
Costs:
- Carried by the community outside of the main budget and vary with
event

Youth Coordinator
Purpose of Position:
- To coordinate a youth ministryplan for your region during the P2C
campaign in order to mazimize the outreach impact to the 12-20 age group.

- Oversee all aspects of the P2C campaign in the region

Local Church Coordinator
Purpose of Position:
- To co-ordinate all power to change activities within your church.

- Implement church countdown
strategy
- Recruit church prayer coordinator,

up for various strategies within your church

Church Prayer Coordinator
Purpose of Position:
- Establish a prayer base within your church for the Power to Change
campaign.

- Develop a stratagy to maximize
prayer within your church
- Organize prayer training
for your church
- Be in contact with Canada
In Prayer and receive regular prayer alerts
- Regularly communicate praise
and prayer requests, related to Power to Change, to your church prayers.

regional prayer rally in conjunction with other churches

Church Training Coordinator
Purpose of Position:
- Coordinate the training of volunteers for a Power to Change training.

- Oversee and organize training
session(s) within your church
- Recruit volunteers to attend
training(s); ensure their registration is sent into the central office
for match-up with incoming calls

are available for those trained

Coordinator
Purpose of Position:
- Ensure special outreach events are set up during the Power to change
campaign.

ensure the events happen
- Book speakers and locations
- Oversee the publicity of
the events
- Ensure comment cards are
in place and follow-up is in place
- Contact regional team to
inform them of any special event that is scheduled

- To distribute incoming contact information to the churches in your
region.
